I have a 2002 Chevy Silverado 2500 6.0l that's
makes a weird clinking noise almost like metal to
metal sounding...but it happens when I accelerate
through 1st and second gear mainly. Any
suggestions on what may be the problem?

Check for exhaust leak at manifold to cylinder head. Look for broken bolts/studs. Sounds like a tapping sound.
