do you feel the vibration in the steering wheel or more in the seat? Did you replace pads and rotors in front and rear?

Not feeling it in the steering wheel. Its more like a hopping feel. Rotor and pads on front just pads on read

Did you machine the rear rotors? Was there any rust on them? Rust is very common on rear rotors on the inside

No exteria rust just a visual check thou. Used a straight edge to check rotor face.

it would be hard to check the inside of rotor with a straight edge. do you know if your parking brake uses the rotor in rear or does it have a drum style within the rotor? if its through the rotor try to apply that brake slowly to try to simulate your problem without front brakes in the equation
