My truck wont move

I just drove my truck I haven't ran it hard it was running
great till this morning it wouldn't go in reverse or drive it just
revs up

In those years Chevy truck trany's have a weak link a main shaft inside the trany. When it gets rebuilt there is an upgrade kit that goes back in.
