Hooking up new stereo lost all power..truck wont even turnover

I was hooking up new stereo in my 2003
silverado.figured i might have blown a fuse. Cause
i couldnt find power for new stereo..so went to
start my truck to move it ..then to continue with
stereo..i had nothing..no power..truck wouldnt even
turn over...so i hooked old stereo back up color for
color and still had no power..gone thru fuses and
havent found nothing blown..what can i do ?
