2001 Chevy Silverado 1500 HD change out the starter without disconnecting the battery try to start
the car AC cruise control tow button gauges all went out

check all the fuses and " mega " fuses under the hood by the batt. I'd check the alternator output with a multi tester if you get it started , no telling what got burnt .
