Speed odometer has nothing to do with ABS,it is a problem in it,s own,may be bad speed sensor or even bad speedodmeter in dash,the ABS on these truck,s if brakes pads are good,and ABS light is on,it will be of the ABS sensor,s or could be your internal rear drum brake for your emergency brakes that is causing it,may be bad if not changed.
