Vehicle will not start.

I have 1994 Ford ranger, 2.3 ltr. Scenario, I'm
getting onto the ramp onto the highway and the
engine cuts off. The oil pressure dropped but I'm
not certain if that's only because the engine died
out. I had a real bad oil leak coming from the oil
pan. Pull the transmission out raise the engine up
so that I can gain access to the oil pump and
replace it. I reinstall after replacing the oil pan
gasket. I go to start it up and the engine turns but
doesn't start. I replaced the oil pressure sensor,
put new spark plugs in and try to start it, it does
the same thing turns but doesn't start. I bleed the
hydraulic clutch line thinking that the safety switch
is engaged because of low pressure or no
pressure. I checked all the fuses and they look
good to include the main fuses in the engine
compartment. What am I missing?

You have a fuel relay switch over on the floor board on the passenger side floor. Fine that, it is black with a red button. push it, and if it click, then it is turn off, might need one of those. Just an guess. There is a way to test for that, just put a screw down in one of your coil wires, and have someone touch it with another screw driver, while you turn over the motor, to see if you are getting any spark. If you getting spark, then there is a little valve looks like a valve on a Tire, on left side of motor up close to the front, just push the needle in and it no gas comes out, it could be that switch I mention. I am in no way a mec, but saw all this on a Mec Video on You tube. good luck.
