Battery is fine when starting all lights and
radio come on car doesn’t seem to get a
connection to fully start up.

That happens to me too . You will have to replace both clamps connecting the wires to the battery

Try cleaning the connections from corrosion. Also, if battery is old it could just have degraded to a point where it doesn’t have enough load to start car.
