Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I've replaced the starter in my 2006 Toyota Corolla about a week ago, and now
it's not turning over or making a sound when I turn the ignition again. What
could cause the starter/Solenoid to go bad so quick?

Apparently the ignition relay had been knocked lose. I was trying to pull it to check it, and could barely get a finger on it. I felt a slight click, and tried the ignition, and it started right up.
