I just flushed my old coolant with new coolant in my 2006 Toyota Camry. Now when I turn on the car, the temperature starts at cold but eventually warms up and stays in the middle. Is this normal? Thank you for the responses

Is it normal for the car's temperature to start off cold but then eventually heat up in the middle?

The dial on the temperature is at cold in the start of the ride but moves to the middle of the gauge. Is that fine?
