The Standard Catalog of Chevrolet or Corvette would have this information. Most likely the original tires will not match up to modern specs due to the fact that many were bias-ply tires back in those days. I had a fully-optioned 1977 Cadillac Sedan deVille that still had factory bias-ply tires on it when I bought it. I know Cadillac usually used Michelin tires back then, not sure if that applies to other GM products or not.
