Rear Wiper Issue

Battery recently replaced, door windows had to be reset but the rear wiper will come on, but it wipes the rear of the car, not the window!

the nut that holds the wiper arm is loose, assuming it hasnt stripped the splines ,remove nut and wiper arm, re position on rear window and tighten the nut
