Dosent turns on even after new battery .

Hi i hav a lexus gs300 coz my battery wasnt holding charge i bought another
battery and when i installed it everythng was good and den left it without using  
for one day and now its again not turning on !!!! when i connect with jumper
cables it turning on but isint getting started ...like shows lights and stuff but car
dosent start .

Have your alternator tested most car part stores do it for free, but if you just put a new battery in it I would say it's your alternator because if it ran when you put the new one in then stopped after you used it that means the alternator was charging the battery and you were running of of direct current (power directly from the battery) instead of the alternator current (power produced from the alternator which powers the engine and electronics while running and keeps the battery charged). Instead your essentially running your engine and electronics of the battery directly and it's not being charged which drains the battery.

busman fusible link deterioted and did me in.(auto zone $3.59) No power. Located in front of battery.
