What's wrong with my car

3 of my service lights came on my engine light, vsa
light and a light with a triangle with an explation
mark in it I got my oil changed today but didn't turn
any of the lights off what is the problem?

If all this happened after the oil change I would say they did something to make you come back for them to fix , people are scum , finding an honest mechanic can be difficult .
