What's wrong with my car?

My 1999 Honda CR-V is acting up extremely bad. It
is also eating the fuel very quickly. The check
engine light is on. It has a exhaust leak. What could
I do to try and fix it.

Like Ed says fix the known problems and also read any trouble codes. The CEL is telling your there are problems and that there are codes to be read.
