Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My son heat isn't blowing out hot air, before
he got a new thermostat it was blowing out
some warm air but now since he replaced
the thermostat it's blowing out cold what to
do.

Did he replace the coolant and bleed all the air out of the cooling system? Is there good flow to the heater core? From the water pump? Some vehicles have a heater control valve that allows coolant flow to the core. You don't state what vehicle you have, but if it has a heater control valve then check it.
