CAR GURUS.......Your dealer ratings are a joke! Take for instance Towne Auto
Brokers in Virginia Beach, VA. You give them 4.5 stars and the Better Business
Bureau gives them .5 stars! Take it from me they .5 star rating is generous! If
you want to provide a service then provide a link to the BBB rating for these
dealers!!!

On CG's the customers give the dealer ratings.

Apparently these "customer" ratings are full of phony ratings provided by friends and family of the dealers!

Your compliant should be direct at the dealership or above their head. Not cargurus, what happened?
