The customers of the dealer assign the rating. You will be asked for feedback after a sale and you will get to rate your seller from one to five.

I would say the more stars the better your experience was with that dealer. Pricing is only one issue. Also consider the staff, the facility, how easy or difficult was it to get the deal you wanted.

I used to be a car salesman & the store I worked at almost required the customer to "pack a lunch" to negotiate. If not, a customer was a "fall flat" (easy).
