Should I send picture of title?

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

A potential buyer wants me to send a picture of the
front and back of title. Is this safe?

No, you can send them the VIN by text, so they can run a Carfax report on it if they want, but there is no reason to send them a scan of the title, especially with your signature on it.

KenF is right, at least if you do. Do it has to be a copy so the word void and micro fabric printing designs shows up, so it can't be duplicated. No need for the back at all !!!
