I have a 95 Buick lesabre and in the morning the transmission won't go into gear until the car is warm what's the problem

Best take it to a trany shop, they might be able to do a fix, but to me, it is just starting to wear out.

Once the car warm up it drives perfectly fine all day long without any problems

If that is the case, I only know how to diagnose problems with a trany, don't know how to rebuild them. Have you checked the trany fluid level to see if full? By letting it warm up and checking while the motor is running, and in park? Or it may be something simple for a good trany guy to fix like replacing a solenoid, and having the oil & filter changed.
