I have a 2000explorer that i accidntly touched the negative batt cable to the pos. Now the only way it will start is if i cross the starter turmanals with screwdriver i have no blown fuses or relays

The lights all work in the dash but no
radio power .could it be a starter
switch under the dash ?

No most likely blown fuse in tadio itself not wire

Or remember radio has two power sources one to battery for memory n one for ignition
