95 Honda Accord automatic. I recently bought it. Now, it wont turn over & start. It sounds like it wants to but then doesn't. Also recently, water or liquid is coming out of passenger side floor area, sometimes driver side too. Now the whole floor is basically wet The not starting just started happening. ok I got a 2003 Ford Explorer if I jump it off the solenoid it starts but if I use the key it doesn't do nothing you don't even try to crank over could it be a bad starter 8 Answers
