I just changed the water pump and timing belt now it won't start.
After putting it back together I started it then turned it off cause I still needed to add
antifreeze. When putting anti freeze in realized I missed three bolts. So took it apart
and placed them where they belonged. Got it put back together now it won't start.
Help any suggestions.

Recheck your work,cable,s and wiring.
Bolts for what? Took apart again what?
Never in working on a car did I not have nuts, bolts, brackets, clips left in coffee can that never went back on. I think they just fell in the can. Now on Aircraft, that's different. Can't do that
All so may have blowed a fuse.
True, brains, for car,s were invented to make money,by the industry, use to be only ,a coil, distributor, and points.
The bolts belinged to the water oump.
Only thing I can think of is you accidentally knocked a wire off.....distributor?? Don't even know what car, year
2001 Mitsubishi Galant
How long did it run before you realized you boo-boo?
Checked fuses one was blown, replaced it and it blew again. Now what ??
What fuse is blowing, and keep,s blowing? That will be where there is a crossed wire,or ground loose.
Bring it back up to the number one compresion stroke and allign the dots.
Check the alternator wire,s,if they were removed may be crossed.
