what has to be done to flood car to make it a good car?

Let someone else buy it. Flooded cars are more trouble than they are worth. Yes, you got this new car for pennies on the dollar but think of this. Flood water most time is salt water and this happens to fresh water floods too. Either type of water is bad. Wires and connectors corrode the interior will have to be totally replaced, computers, flush engine etc... Best to stay away from flooded cars unless used for parts only.
