if tries are big from car so then the speed of car is change or not

If you put tires larger than what originally came with the car it will cause your speedomoter to give you incorrect reading. In additon, the larger the rim and tire package, the more weight you're adding to the car so thus it will effect your gas mileage and possibly the overall performance of your car, particularly during acceleration.
