Guys is it bad to lifte a car like Altima or Sentra? To
make their ground clearance higher?

In my opinion, yes it is, you change the center of gravity and the way the vehicle is designed to handle while driving, You also put undue stress on drivetrain components like axles, ball joints, tie rods, etc.
