I don't see why not. Cargurus is like any other car ad site. Find a vehicle you like, message the dealer or seller to get the details, go inspect it and make a deal.

Dealers on CG's sell at full retail and private sellers sell at private sales prices. You won't get wholesale prices here. Try auto auctions.
