Why can't I buy a car on this site?

Alicia from Pittsburg wanted to sell her MKX for $5000...I agreed to pay her
$5000 cash, why hasn't she sold me her car? I agreed to her price what's the
problem?

You would have to ask Alicia. Next time I see her at the grocery store I will ask.

Maybe she got a higher offer. Vehicle prices, new and used, have skyrocketed in recent months. The bubble will break though and prices will fall. Unless you absolutely need a new vehicle I'd be patient and wait. Hope that helps! Jim
