Why do I get a slight thump in the transmission?

When accelerating from a slow speed , 10/15mph, I get a slight thump when the transmission shifts. It can be at any portion of the shifting cycle. Being a detailed  person this car is very well maintained at 202570 miles with work being done by a very good mechanic specializing in M- Benz and BMW's. Just checking all data available

Thanks for your answer. I have been away and just got home to read your note. I will do as you suggest but use it until it really starts to go and then fix it like new. I want 300-400 thousand miiles on it before I depart this world. this world. I love this car . Have 2 0ther new ones abd leave them to my wife to drive. Thanks again. Strange Old Man
