Sellilng a car on this site and I received a New Message from____ about _____. Whenever I open this up, a popup comes up and says I must put a VIN number before I can read my message. This should not be correct. Is this a scam?

Go to read my emails from Cargurus.com regarding our Viper we are selling and the last message I received was from Don about Viper 2 Dr RT/10 Convertible.   Whenever I click Go to Inbox I can't read the message.  A Pink Popup appears saying that action required.   please enter a VIN for your 2000 Dodge Viper.    Is there a Don that sent this, or is this Car Gurus telling me this?

I would use the Contact Us button at the bottom of this page. Sounds fishy to me.
