Need to isolate the misfire or bad injector. While running disconnect ignition coils one by one. Listen to change in motor. When you find the one that doesn't change. Pull that coil and check spark plug. Check for water on plug if everthing is fine with plug. Swap the coil with one you know was firing. If no change. So a compression test. If have odd reading or dead cylinder. Possibly rocker arm popped out of place on that cylinder. I've seen a few 4.7L do that. It's usually on passenger side. Still check cooling system for possible blowed head gasket. If cooling system is bubbling with cap off while running. Smell it and see if it smell like exhaust or gas

If one of the rockers did pop out of place. You can put it back without removing cam.
