2012 Dodge ram truck. 4.7 starting

My starter was acting like it was hanging up.
Replaced!  Still continues to drag
occasionally and starter keeps engaged.  
Had battery checked and is good even with
a load test. My battery indicator on dash is
slightly on the high side. Sometimes it will
crank and sometimes I have to have it
jumped off by a starter box. My question is
could this be a relay or ignition switch?
