How can you be sure a SL500 is indeed an AMG version?

As an example I found a VIN for an AMG and plugged it in there and have a look: http://mbworld.org/forums/vindecoder.php?vin=WDDHF7HB0BA349937 ............and a non AMG: http://mbworld.org/forums/vindecoder.php?vin=4JGBB86E69A528908 ..........The VIN will tell all... VIN numbers taken from listings here
