i tihnk your best bet would be to just buy an entire system instead of putting one together. most places tune everything all together for the best performance. check out random technologies too if you are going this route. they have some very nice exhaust parts for camaros

Think you for the input . I already have the exhaust componets i was talking about .Thay are designed to function correctly with one another I was wondering if anybody maybe had dynoed this type of set up on their camaro . This setup works great

ah alright. my first camaro i did the dynomax shorty headers and y pipe with flowmaster muffler. i never put it on the dyno so i cant really help you out. sorry man.

If you really want to make power you'd have to go with a good set of long tube headers. Shorty headers are not worth the time for install considering the minimal gain you'll get! Also If you can afford to do it make the system a dual set-up!

the largest setup you can run a true dual is with 2.5" pipes due to clearance issues. i believe the largest single pipe a person can run is 3.5". not going to see a huge increase that makes it worth going true dual
