Same thing happened to mine. When pushing the button can you hear any movement. If so the regulator is broke and you have to order a all new power window track, regulator and motor ( its all one piece). Cost is around $100 to $150. Easy to replace if your good with mechanics even if you dont work on cars that often. If you dont want to replace it right now, one thing you can do is cut the cable that goes to the window track. After doing this you can move it up and down freely. Put it in the all the way up position and use a hose clamp to keep it up. Did this for a month while waiting for the part to come in.
