95 passport has no power

My old battery went out and was corroded.
Bought a new battery and now there is
absolutely zero power. Nothing turns on.
Could this be the starter that needs to be
replaced

Check you battery terminal & terminal wires and grounds from battery to frame and from engine block to frame. Or main circuit breakers & fuses under hood and dash.

It was the main fuse. Didn't see it was blown. Thanks for the help.
