car turns on fine and goes into gear normally. i accelerate and it won't go past 20 mph
and after 3500 rpm, just goes into a neutral state. will not accelerate unless you get it
below 20 mph.

Sounds like its in lemp mode get some body to scan it auto zone will do it free
