Possible Transmission Issue

I have a 2002 Isuzu Rodeo, a few weeks ago I noticed that my right rear tires
feel like it does not want to grip the road with I accelerate, and it soon grips. It
mainly does it when the truck is cold, after everything warms up I don't feel the
jerk. Do you have any idea what it might be

Are you talking about wheel spin? If so you may have bald tires.
