2009 grand cherokee dual heater, drivers side blows cold air with heater on. How do I resolve this problem?

Hi. Sounds like a recurring problem that has dogged earlier models such ad the jgc wj 99 to 04. The blend doors within your heating system may have failed to operate because plastic parts within the matrix have failed. Look up jgcparts.com who not only supply the solution but supply the replacement parts at the best price. Ive done my own idependent research. This supplier appears the cheapest. If this proves not to be the prob the you may consider looking at the heater motor.
