roof not working

motor sounds, does get unlock but doesn't go down,  the latches in the trunk, to increase room, are down. so those are not the problem.

I found with myen one, the hooks still work but the motors wore gone cause of the drains were block and the water pumps got wet. i end up having to pay 5100 hundred, for new pumps and hose's. and bmw.

sounds like the cable for the emergency release isnt completly pushed back in.check it its in the trunk.if its a 1/2 inch out from sitting flush the top wont work
