Cruise control light and CEL solid

Asked by Gerry Jan 31, 2021 at 01:53 PM about the Subaru Outback

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My daughter took her Subaru Outback (2006) to get the oil changed yesterday
and got a free car wash.  This morning she was driving and the CEL came on
solid and the cruise control light and the ABS light.  Now only the CEL and the
Cruise control light are on.  What gives?

Yup. Could be simply that an underbody spray cooled the cat quickly, confusing the ECM. Scan, clear, drive. Anything?
