will the frame of a 1999 fit on the 2004 f250 super duty

this is showing the left side that is good on the right its bent so bad its about to break.dont know the name but been told it was the a-arm. we found a 1999 f250 superduty but dont know if the frame size or this particular part is the same. it may need more than this one part as well. probably everything behind the right tire.

first,no the frame wont work.if the A Arm is bad it can be replaced,97 98 99 used part will work.
