Requires removing the instrument panel and plenum chamber. Repair guide recommends leak testing core first to make sure you do in fact need to replace it. If you know you need to replace it then I've uploaded three PDF files for you. Copy and paste the following 3 links: (1) https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B7qtH3Vy2sdBNmtFZ28wNDBrbkE - (2) https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B7qtH3Vy2sdBM1l6UE90UjlqZ1k - (3) https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B7qtH3Vy2sdBajV2eFNBeG9VOXM - The big challenge is the instrument panel removal, but it's not complicated, a helpful tip is before disassembling anything take a bunch of digital photos so you know where to put it back. Because you have to lower the steering column, make sure wheels are dead straight ahead and do not allow the column to turn when lowered. You'll also need to pop off several pieces of plastic trim in the interior, go to Harbor Freight and get there trim removal sat, works great and is super cheap. Only tools you really need are sockets, screwdrivers, and wrenches. A helper is nice too, when sliding the dash back. If the guide doesn't mention it, be sure to disconnect battery for several minutes before pulling air bag. This is a good DIY project because a shop will charge you 600-800 (or more) because it can take a few hours to do. Give yourself a full day if you've never done one before.
