dinging on air bag warning light. how to reset. 2006 crown victoria

My 2006 Crown Victoria has the air bag warning light lit up and dings intermittently the
whole time I am driving. Is there a way to reset it?

Worry less about re-setting the light and more about why it's doing that. It will continue until fixed, even if turned off it will just re-appear A fault has been detected in the system. The air-bag system does a self-diagnostic every time you start the car. You really need to take it to dealer or a shop that has a trained tech for air-bags..not all do. I fully understand that not everybody has the money to just take it to be fixed, easy for me to give that advice. But air-bags can be dangerous, not likely to deploy inadvertently but won't deploy when neded
