Depends how good you are at driving in the snow. Positive traction might help, and winter tires might make a difference, but the bigger issue would be getting some weight in the rear end during the winter, like a few bags of salt for the trunk. You can use them later or if you get stuck. Chains might also be a good idea. The biggest tip I can give you for driving in snow on hills, is try to maintain a constant speed. The only time I have had trouble with RWD vehicles in the snow is if someone was stopped partway up a hill, and I had to stop to wait for them. Getting started again on an angle is a lot harder than if you were able to maintain momentum the whole way up the hill. Good luck!

Mustangs are not the greatest in winter , esp if you have a V-8 one with posi track .( I drove one winter with my V-8 GT ) You can get stuck easily , it is a light car !! Get a set of good winter tires ( Blizzaks, or similar tire )

I've been told by many heads that there just for fun in th winter if you like fish tailing and spinning tire.. theres just to much torque.. I'v enoticed it in the rain I can't wait to see what happens whenteh snow comes
