2 year old Toyota Hybrid Rav 4 wouldn't start...AAA jumped it but didn't know
if it was battery or not, so I left it at Toyota dealer. Next day they called and
said they fixed it....they said the problem was a software glitch. ( 2 years ago
when I bought it, after a few months it went dead and they said it was the
battery and they replaced it...). this is causing loss days for me

Batteries typically on average only last four years, from your question it seems your vehicle is over 4 years old, so nothing out of the ordinary. Any car will need maintenance and require work to keep it running. If you need a vehicle to get to work, consider asking for a loaner car at the dealer.
Many vehicles require the computers to be powered up at all times. So if the battery is dead the computers will have to be reprogrammed by the Dealer. Also, the computers must be kept powered up during a battery replacement. That's what a memory saver is used for. If you don't use the vehicle much you need to keep the battery charged by either using a battery tender or running the engine for about an hour once a week or so. Hope that helps! Jim
