Can anyone help me with this?

I've got a 2002 Volkswagen golf with a 2.0
An I'm having a issue with my temperature sensor
I just changed it today and now I'm having issue
with my antifreeze disappearing. I find no leaks or
any signs of antifreeze. Dose anyone know what's
going on here? I've had it in to the shop an had all
kinds of test done an they say I'm all okay to go.

My 2000 jetta had the same issue the temp sensor would read hot. But would cool down when u held the rpms @ 1500. It turned out to b the water pump.
