Hi my rx8 gear box shakes quite a bit when I'm on stand still is that normal

Ive driven several and they have all done that. If its violent you need to change your coils or plugs becuase your idle is dropping too low.

mine does that when im in neutral, but then again its always done that. on the other hand like the other guy said, check coils, because i havent changed my ignition coils for the last 50k. whats recomended is changing coils + wires around 30-40k

is it the same if its jerky in between 1-2 thousand rpms?! (thats what mine does when i accelerate, then 2k+ its fine)

Turn off you A/c once the car is warmed up. If the shaking goes away that just meant the motor was under load no big issue.
