1983 rx7 flooded, new plugs no help

engine flooded. cleaned plugs, no hep, new plugs, no help. Still seems flooded.

If this is a rotatory engine, these are a pain in the ... I know there is a procedure for clearing these out when flooded, but I can't remember. I had one of these. Mine did the same thing. The motor was worn out. If you give it a tow and pop the clutch it will eventually start. No guarantees it will start the next time with the key.
