1988 rx7 won't start

I ran my rx7 out of oil. Added 2 qts and now it won't start.

well, ok- I'll take this question because I loved my RX7- do not run the rotary out of oil- they do not like that- no engine does, but the rotary is a sensitive little beast- it could be you fried the apex seals and you have no compression now- do a compression test and take it from there-
